Bubble Gum Clones - not doing well.....first week veg

Hei People.
We are having ridiculous issues from day one with these clones. First of let me give the stats.

We previously had PH isses see thread here:
ph-rising-rising

Plant Variety: Bubble Gum
Hydro-Rockwool
Week 1 Veg as of today
Using-Following the GHE products: Flora Series Application

We were off to a slow start however the PH & EC have been pretty stable and no
issues yet with the Biofilter however the plants look dreadful. Another friend using same medium and clones from same mother ( smaller box, less plants) is having the same issues: unhealthy small plants.

look at these photos, can anyone give advice? we did change the reservoir since the initial ph issues, there is some moss on the rockwool however the roots are doing ok.

You've burned your plants with too much nutrients.... You can't simply follow a feeding chart. It looks as though nute burn occurred and then an over-correction that is starving them. What kind of light are you using? PPMs? water temp? ph?

2 400 watt HPS bulbs and there are 2 fans in a 120 m x 120 m box,
2 mini rotating air fans and an 190 sq. meter extractor fan,

PH between : 5.7 - 6.0 the past week
EC between : 1.3 - 2.0 (only the last two days was it at 2.0)

PPM in regards to what exactly?

You are growing in hydro and don't know what PPMs are? That is not good.

PPM, or TDS, represents the total dissolved solids in your water. If I were you, I would educate myself regarding the basics of hydroponics. Every hydro grower should have a PPM meter and know exactly what the ppms are in the reservoir. By looking at the pics, you burnt the leaf tips because the ppm is too high, meaning too much nutrients. I can't learn you everything there is to know on this one post, so rather than trying, I'll hook you up with some resources...

I just saw your EC reading of 2.0 that is about 1400 ppm, which is WAY too much for young cuttings. You are killing them. 1.3 is almost 1000 ppm which is also way too high. I wouldn't have my EC over .4 until those plants started looking a lot better.
