Bubble hash with mildew buds?

I have some white mildew buds and trimmings. Just wondering if the mildew will stay separate if I make bubble hash.

To be honest I've never made any hash before. I know I need bubgle bags, ice and a mixer but that's as far as I got.
 
TBH idk what is right here, but myself wouldn't want to smoke that. I would have at least washed in peroxide water if it had mildew, then dried and trimmed.
 
No the mildew and all the spores will go right into the bubble hash if you use it

I have read literature saying that there are no documented bad effects from white powder mildew, but people with asthma and breathing related issues should avoid it.

The only thing I would suggest is an alcohol soak and turning that into a batch of topical lotion. Or toss it like others have suggested.
 
Powdery Mildew spores are an allergen and mostly harmless for most people but can cause an allergic reaction in some people with sensitivities. It can be filtered out with proper lab equipment, but its not worth the effort for that little material.

IMO, if you have never made hash before and dont yet have the equipment, it is not worth investing in bubble bags to run some contaminated material like that. You are better off just making edibles or a topical.
 
Ok. Love edibles and my wife can enjoy them too. Lol don't hate me but what is the easiest way to do that at home without hardware? I know most people turn it into a butter.
 
Just decarb the trim and use for edibles. Temps over 90 kills it and eating a bit of PM poses no health risks. I don’t get all these people throwing away good trim and bud with a bit of mildew on it. Mold on the other hand is a different deal altogether.

Smoking PM is nothing like smoking mold but I’d likely avoid it. I can assure you if you’ve smoked any amount of pot outside dispensary product then you’ve smoked mildew.
 
Bubble hash or edibles would be a bad idea, you can make good bho with moldy buds tho it doesn’t seem to affect the look or taste, I’ve actually never tried it myself but the people I gave it to said it tasted good, I made this with moldy buds... 282B1DFE-1DF3-470C-91CB-33D68E038DFC.jpeg
 
I decided to make cannabutter. Tried a little patch last night. Seems easy enough. Going to make a pound of it using a crackpot recipe. Atleast this way everyone around me can enjoy it.
