bubbles on my sativa plant?

ok,, so i was checking on my plants this morning and my beautiful sativa plant is starting to form buds after 2 weeks and 2 days,, but i noticed that on one of the leaves there were bubbles... what sort of thing would cause this,, will it harm her,, is it from a bug,, what should i do. please if anyone knows what the fuck is going on out there on my MJ plant please let me know

It could also be heatstress.... Whats the temp in there and how close to the light are they?? Do you spray the plants with water?? If you do then stop! Just water em in the soil

the temp up here for the last week has been around 20 and sometimes under i live in north canada and they are sativa plants i do not spray them with water usually it rains like every other day so i just let the rain do the work, when i do water them i do it in the soil
