Bud production

I have grown in the past, but have very little experience. I am going to do a DWC grow in a 2x2.5ft grow tent. I have a 400w light and will turn it down to 50% so that I don't have to buy another light. If I am using 200w of light in a small space how much bud can I expect?

I know this is a difficult question as it depends on many factors, but what is a reasonable range I can expect? 2-6 ounces? 4-10? I am worried the electricity cost may be more than going and buying from a dispensary.

Kesaber, there are a whole lot of reasons to buy from a dispensary. This site is all about the reasons not to grow yourself. But good for you. I love it.

I usually have two growing in soil at a time. I veg for about a month then flip it to flower. I do very little else. I only get about 1.5 oz per plant, and where I live it's about $15 per month for both. Cheap, especially without taxes.

I have no idea what you might get, but it should be better than mine. Like I said, mine is simple. Either way, you'll be very pleased.

I personally haven't notice a big difference in my electricity bill. You can always compensate by not using other light around the house and just leave a lot of the lights off during the day/night. I know this sounds crazy, but i just keep most of my lights off and just open some blinds. Thankfully, it lights up the majority of my house LOL. Total production does depend on a lot of things. How many plants you're growing, the type of strain, etc. The more watts you use, you should in theory, get more bud. (im a novice as well, so i think thats the case LOL).
