Bud rot on my first harvest.

Does anyone know a way to salvage some buds that were taken early due to bud rot? I cut out all of the infected areas of the buds but I don't want the mold to come back during the drying process. This is my first harvest and both of my girls were infected with bud rot. I think I cried a little when a noticed it today. Any advice would be great. I don't want to lose everything.
