Bud storage. Worried about my timeline

Hey guys. Usually once I harvest my plants and take down the crop, I hang and dry for 5-7 days. When they're ready to trim, it's a race to get it all trimmed and jarred up for curing. My question is, because of scheduling conflict, which storage method would be the best for my buds if I need a couple of days between when they were done drying and when I started my final trim?

Black garBage bags?

Keep in mind I do about 7-10lbs

Thx for the advice!

I would knock them off the stems and put into turkey bags before the final trim if you can't knock it all out at once.

get some of those Boveda 62 % keeps the humidity at 62%... dry them until they re crispy on the outside and then jar. after a day let them dry for a few more hours outside the jar. then you should be able to jar them for good. the bovedas will reduce the risk of mold and will allow you to jar them a little longer during the last parts of drying and early stages of curing.
