Budding!

I just need to know one thing; when the female buds are mature enough to harvest, can you trim them and will more females grow or when they're mature does that mean it's the end of the life of the plant? Anyone with advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

you cut the flowers. it kills the plant unless your growing from seed you can leave 1 branch remaining and have a second generation. This is only possible with indoor growing because you need to be able to change the light schedules to get the plant from flowering back to the vegetive stage.

Yeah, bleezy is right. If you want though, either right before flowering, or about 20 days into flowering, you can cut clones off of the plant, and each will become a new plant.
