Actually fella something like that would be a nice start. You can even use a few CFL's early on till they get goin. A 400 conversion would do ya just nice. Do you really need the tent ? I assume you want the blower to move air out of the growspace ? Otherwise one of them little 6 inch clip fans will keep just enough air moving to keep your stems strong. You can even get a few nutrients on the cheap by using JR Peters all purpose or even the Dyna Gro 2 part veg and bloom. Spend some money on a decent medium and it doesnt take a whole lot more than that.
