budget growing

$100.00 i need a light sorce, a ventalation i believe and i think some ph... 13 by 6 inch lid, so im trying to rig something up that i can just attach to the inside and use.... probably get a chord and do like darkdestroyer told me in my other thread, HELP, and use a few bulbs that way seems pretty cheap, any other ideas ide be more then appreciative to know.

if 100 dollars is your budget than you can go to HTGsupply.com and the got a 400 watt hps ready to plug in and grow i used it when i firt grew and results were very good

I dont trust ebay at all they sell pretty cheap stuff there and HTG has good customer service and honor there warranty's, Ive never had problems with amazon , really up to you tho

I tried to start a grow on that until i found a 400w hps with ballest, holder, and shade for $70 for flowering, that's $57 USD. Other than that i went a little redneck with other hardware. I bought a shipping crate online for $10 for the grow box. I used old security light sockets for the vegging cfls. And the juice that i buy had packets that were made completely out of reflective mylar, i was using the reflective surface inside of chip packets before i had saved enough juice packets. I used some old computer fans plus a couple phone chargers to power them. And seeing as how i live accross the road ffrom a cemetary i stole about 4 grave pots for the greater cause. That was about as redneck as i could take it, the proper nutrients costed me $52 all up. Soil was $13 and cfls were $30. I'd say getting her done on $100 is going to be tough.

i meant buy decent stuff second hand in auction not the new stuff.
i got some amazin bargains

Nor do I mate. Any potentially dangerous equipment needs to come from reputable places where I'm concerned. I've heard bad things about some of the cheaper ballasts haveing cheap, unreliable parts.

I've had a recent fire-scare with my hps so I'm now uber cautious and preach the same
