buds and bud leaves turning GOLD ?

its been cold and rainy here for the last week and i went to check my plants today and on one of them all the leaves around the buds are turning gold. not yellow or brown but distinctly gold. the leaves are not dead they feel nice and firm still but look like they are coated with gold! im not sure what to make of this does anyone have any ideas? they are well fertilized with tiger bloom and i used 1 tbs of mollasses when i watered them last about 5 days ago before the rain started. i think its kinda cool and i googled it with no answers.

i didnt bring camera because its raining out pretty bad. ill take some pics this week. its really pretty cool looking

Just the leaves as the season changes . . . probably from lower night temps, IMO.
