Buds falling over, but still small…

Growing in 4x4. Roots organic perilite and cocoa. Bio biz nite schedule. Week 4 entering week 5 of flower. Temp 72f and rh 48. I watered two days ago, and today, on two plants, there were two tops that were bent over and creased. I’m very careful about not damaging while watering. Is having a bud falling over typical of a plant problem? Moisture issue? The buds aren’t huge. More of a bushy plant. Picture isn’t great, I can appreciate. But has anyone ever had buds crease and bend over? They aren’t heavy enough yet, seemingly. Sorry for the blurple, and the lees only one photo of the bud that creased over, so not sure a picture really adds to the story. Thoughts? Any insight is much obliged.

Well, I def topped it twice and did a little LST, but the plant was stunted early on, if you remember… so I’m just not sure about anything with these two. It was as off they got knocked over, or bent over, but I’m the only one In there and pretty sure I didn’t hit them… so wondering why they would tip, if they aren’t even that big and heavy?

Pic 3/3 is the one that shows the one branch that was creased and bent over.
 
Looks like just a weak spindly lower to me. Imo that could’ve happened just moving/turning plants around or during lst and just took a bit to fall over.
 
That’s what I was thinking. The stem seems pretty strong. It didn’t break. Just bent over with a crease. And then I found a second on a different plant. Both lowers, I think. Just was starting to get nervous. Nearing the half way mark I guess. Thanks for your opinion. Appreciate it.
