Buds from my very first grow (Nirvana White Rhino)

These were flowered under T5 (and vegged under them as well). Frankly, I'm a little disappointed in my results because the buds are somewhat airy. They were vegged for four weeks and flowered for exactly eight weeks. I think my temps were fine, so I'm guessing the airy buds are the result of the T5 bulbs. Next time I will use HPS or MH and probably veg for 5-6 weeks and flower for 9-10 weeks. That said, these babies hit pretty fuckin' hard. I am in the process of curing them now and I'm hoping that increases the potency a bit.

These were grown in dirt with moderate nutes only during flowering. Never had any burn or over-watering issues. I made the mistake of using two-gallon pots and though I never really ran out of room, next time I will use four gallon pots.

Any comments are greatly appreciated. Good or bad.

Any bud is good bud - congrats! But, yeah HPS/MH would make for denser buds but you clearly know what you are doing now ;p

edit; how do they smoke by the way?

i love white rhino, i think its because of the lights u got that type of buds, ive got dense buds with some CFLs when i just 12/12 from seeds and got something decent less is sometimes more if you know what i mean. But theres nothign nicer than harvesting and smoking your own bud.
