Buds lost smell after 2 days of curing!

So I harvested one of my plants(true OG strain) and I hung them upside in a dark room for about 5 days then did a dry trim they smelled incredibly great after I trimmed it. It was still a little moist in the center of the buds but crispy on the outside smokable and tasted great! I threw them in jars and I noticed it started losing its smell a little bit after 1 day(thought maybe I was tripping) now it's the second day and it completely lost its smell, it smells like hay now. If I crack a bud open I could still get a whiff of the OG smell but not like it before I put them in jars. I don't know what I did wrong? Maybe I should have let it dry another day or 2? Should I just continue curing and hope it comes back? Or leave the jars open and let it dry a little more before putting back in jars. Only thing im scared about doing that is I heard if the bud drys too much it won't cure. Someone help please I was so proud of my weed since this is my first time.

Some strains i do has the smell go low at the beginning but as the cure goes on .. It will explode in smell ... Well cured but just reeks with pungent odors. Just keep drying them incredmentaly down in the jar .... Lay them out for a few hours ( while you home ) , bottle them up and use hygrometer to see where your RH is at.

I bottle them at 69-70% and they keep that sticky icky profile i like.
For my smoking needs .... I cure down to 62% - 65% ( and then a Boveda pack for storage ).

Dont worry it will come back ... Just cure it right
