Buds not growing or forming day 23 flower

Hey people I’m having real bad problems Im pretty sure the grow is done for at this point. Im growing in a brand new room and the plants just haven’t budded like they normally would can anyone put there finger on or have had similar problems and know what it if that’s caused it ? It has happened to me in the past and is a real pain in the ass. Thanks in advanced

For 23 days on 12-12 those plants look fine to me?

To my untrained eye, they're kinda dark, so maybe a bit of N tox having a slight impact? Otherwise, they don't look abnormal for plants only 3 weeks into bloom.

This was my first impression. Dark green leafs with the tips turned down. N tox.

Id consider that just starting mid flower but thats me. They look happy too.

They look awesome @ 23 days. Stop worrying and ride the green wave. Feed n love them before you murder them. All good bro. Enjoy the grow. You'll have some nice nugz here shortly.
