Buds ripening unevenly

I got 2 plants in 3 gallon pots going into week 8 of flowering both vegged under mars hydro ts 1000 and i added another ts600 during flower, . My RH is around 45% in the day and at night it can spike to 56% which freaks me out! So i keep my tent open ALL THE TIME(i have a weak inline fan). The plant under the ts600 is ripening much faster than the one under the stronger light and almost all the hairs started to turn from top all the way to the bottom while the other plant is still shooting white hairs like crazy and the lower buds have only white pistils and are growing very slowly and unevenly. I know I should have lollipopped more the first few days of flower but it’s too late for that. Will i have to cut the plant in parts or they will ripen within the two weeks i have left for this grow. And will clipping few of the big fan leaves in the middle stress them too much at this point?really worried about PM and stuff.
First 4 pictures are the plant under the stronger light on the left side and the rest are the plant on the right under the weaker light.

Foxtailing is usually because the light is to intense.

Different strains, different pheno, different lights, different environment all play a part

Will this go on for the rest of the grow if i keep the light at the same height?

Forgot to mention that both are the same strain. Fed the same and loved the same :weed:

Different phenos are like kids, never act the same

But as mentioned foxtailing usually means light stress

Move it up or dim it down and keep an eye out for nanners

Yes, the foxtails will keep growing. It won't hurt at this point to raise it 6 inches. But you almost done so probably won't matter.
