Buds seem small..?

Hi,
Just getting into week 4 of flowering and for some reason the buds don't seem to be exploding like I've seen in other peoples.

Obviously all plants are different, but do any of the members notice a particular time when there plants start getting chunky during flowering and how far in?

Iam a first time grower and have done all my homework, topped the plant well got some top range nutrients and have been patient.

The plant looks great, i just expected it to be more defined by now.

What strain is it and what breeder?

Also is it 4 wks from flip to 12/12 or 4 wks from 1st signs of flower?

Looks like a sativa to me... They look small because sativas(around 9 to even 16 weeks) take longer than indicas(6 to 9) to flower

They will fatten up in the coming weeks! No need to worry

It's apparently "white widow" from a friend,

Hopefully, it's just started to get crystals on the smaller leaves. I was told it's white widow. Got the seeds from a friend.
