Plucked from the same tree, the bud on the right has started to turn a grayish color and kept thins white powder that it had on its sugar leaves.. The one on the left seems to be okay.
can you give me some possible causes of this white, powdery Substance that has developed around some of the leaves as well. This powder wipes off and also becomes dust-like after drying.
