Buffaloam help (microbe tea)

I wanted to add a microbe tea to my feeding regimen. I’m now on a; feed feed tea feed feed flush schedule with nectar of the gods and my first feeding of the microbe tea is coming up tomorrow. I decided on buffaloam and it seems pretty straight forward but I was just wondering how long I need to let everything sit after mixing before I feed? I assume I want to ph it out as well once it’s all mixed?

Any help is appreciated as I try to improve my regimen for happier growing!
