So got these eggs and shit on my leaves what do i do man. I got most off by hand tending to my small dwarf plant as if she was a baby monkey.

NEEM it .... or it's too late....
Neem all natural...
No taste no issue with smoke....
Cap full of Neem to one gallon of water.... = The Mix
Put in spray bottle....
Spray Plant where you see bugs/eggs/larve/etc
Add a couple of oz [of Mix] to watering/feeding so it goes to roots also...

i would not use neem on plant after 4th week in flower it is natural but still an oil.soap and water is your best bet make sure plant completly dries ,you dont want mold problems bieng so close to harvest.
