Bug problem on plants outside...

I have a little bug problem on my 4 plants that are outside !

Is there a quick fix too this problem ?

I heard some people put a little bit of dishwashing liquid in a spray bottle with water and they spray a lite mist on top and under the leaves.

Will this work ?

need some advice soon , I want to try and fix this today !!!!!!

What do the bugs look like? Fruit gnats maybe?

Well if they are then you can get a bowl of something that ferments like beer or something and leave it next to the plants..it's supposed to attract them and keep them away
