bugs eatting away at my crop!!

day by day i find leaves that are being ate by some kind of small white little bug. i pull off the dead leaves each time i see one, and it seems everytime i go back to check on em' another leave is being attacked. however i've tried something called neem oil, but it hasn't helped any since yesterday. do anybody know of anything else i can try to get rid of these bug problems.

You've got spider mites. Keep spraying with neem oil every second day for 6 days. You have to make sure you spray the WHOLE PLANT. UNDER THE LEAVES AND EVERYWHERE OR ELSE THE EGGS WILL LIVE ON. A good way to prevent them in the future is keeping your grow clean, keeping the humidity higher and the temperature lower.
