Urgh somehow I ran into an indoor bug problem. Flying pests idk what they are but one of my plants is spotting from them. Plz help. I’m using only ocean forest soil and that’s it. Indoor 2x4x6 led. I have to put plastic on my ac unit in the window now to keep pests out. I just wiped everything down with pine sol. Going to buy bleach and ordered captain jacks and sticky paper

That doesn't look like a bug that would threaten a plant, but I'm not a bugologist. I would advise you look at the underside of your leaves with a microscope and see if you can see any pests.

small flying bugs sounds like fungus gnats...
there is a mosquito larvae control called aquaback,it works great with fungus gnats....its just an additive to your watering..i have used it successfully a few times

Could possibly be but there were other bugs crawling too which I didn’t get to photograph and some were landing on the plants. Really small flying bugs tho I was thinking a gnat.
just get the bits(best and cheapest) and put a small amount on soil and water in and it will work.
those are mature bugs crawling around laying eggs, also in your soil are larvae eating your roots as you read this , they will kill your plant if left unchecked
I am outta here good luck

I noticed tiny white spots on some of my plants so I think it’s what I feared, Spider mites.

Will the captain jacks and mosquito bits be enough to help this?
