BUGS IN SOIL???

Can anyone clarify are these good or bad bugs? i read a comment saying if you have to stare to see them stop they are good, if have to stare to see move then bad. these are constantly moving, im hoping good decomposers, hard to get a good pic but in of the pics im not sure if it looks abit more spider mite ish but i only see them in the soil nowhere else.

If you decide to get rid of them there's diatomaceous earth, and sticky traps, be generous with both.

Might not be but it kinda looks like this and if so they multiply very quickly.

Root aphids, unlike aphids feeding on leaves , live in the soil. They are a common pest in greenhouses so they might have come with the potted plants. They are oval-shaped, woolly white in appearance and don’t move around as swiftly as foliar aphids. You need a hand lens to identify them.

Signs of Root Aphid Infestation

When root aphids feed on a plant, you’ll notice yellowing and/or curling of leaves, wilting of the plant, and stunted growth.
