hello everybody i'm a total noob, this is my first grow ,
im growing 3 sweet deep grapefruits by dinafem in soil, ive got one plant already in flowering stage but i plan to keep the other ones longer in veg.

the problem is on the 2 vegging ones, i noticed some white dot spots and some kind of metallic reflects on some part of upper and lower leaves, did some research about it and it could be thrips but i aint tripping yet im gonna see how it goes, I've been trying to notice if theres any bugs but by naked eye only i cant really tell, did shake off the plant a little nothing came out

and now this morning i see some crackling dead spots in middle of some leaves.. thats too far or is it just random
winter is dry here got 2 humidifers and i can barely keep humidity above 30% can get up to 40% if im lucky, my temp is between 66 to 77... (variate if its hella cold outside, yes my place is very bad isolated)

they seems to have some burns on the edge but both were at 500-600ppm range and 6.1/6.4 ph... and to what ive learned burns occur basically when we hit over 1000ppm or am i wrong?

My honest answer is you're seeing multiple deficiency symptoms.

Crispy brown tips indicative of Zinc def, pale edges leaves indicative Mg def, light green growth indicative of N def.

Simple answer, increase ppm's initially by about 150-250 depending upon .5 or .7 calibration.

Yours could have been your res was depleted of the nutrients the plant was using at that time.

Res change would have replenished those used nutrients.

Not bugs for sure.

A bit of fert burn if I were to guess but they actually look OK to me. If you stress over every little blemish and hole in your leaves you will be a basket case in a couple months.

thank you all for your answers, im def not thinking its def...
i thought i always had some magn/iron or nitrogen/potassium defs so all i been doing is using nutes since few weeks and burning them or stunt growth thats why im only at like 37 day or so veg (#1&2) for and 17 days bloom (#3) and they looked like that.. still the last time i gave them some nutes it was the good dose about 1 week ago (exept #3 had a real nute burnt), i can tell because i did flush #3 and a little bit #2 with TAP water and watered #1 with TAP aswell

I took the risk because theres alot of chlorine in there(i did leave the water in a 4 gal open for a day to let the chlorine dissipate), i usually watered them with bottled natural spring water, well im gonna use TAP water for now, woke up this morning and BAM they all jumped like 1 inch and half to 3 inches throught the night and look revived..

i'll be watching closely about those metallic reflects and white dots as well as if they continue yellowing and i plan to give them 1 week to chill out without nutes see how it goes
