Bugs

I have had these bugs that I think came with my soil. Little flies is the best way I can explain it, as they can fly. Any good ideas?

I used "Garden Safe Fruit and Vegetable Insect Killer" by Schultz. Safe for use up to day of harvest (supposedly). Also, yellow fly paper and introducing lady bugs to the grow.

Well they don't seem to be touching my plants at all, just living in the environment, so if they arn't doing anything to the plants, is there much concern?

They lay the eggs in the soil and the larvae eat at your roots. Put a two inch layer of sand on top of your soil after you treat for the bugs and you shouldn't get them back but you will need to get rid of them.

Ladybugs will work, correct?

I would first go with the few inches of good sand if you can get it. Its the least likely to go wrong/ won't hurt anything! Ladybugs won't either, but might be more expensive.
