Bugs???

hello found a load of little white bugs that jump very tiny. any ideas what they are?
found them in my trays

are they harmfull?
how do i get rid without harming plants??

Probably a thrip or flea...if they get out of control they could be bad for your plants health...things you can do to control them; do not over water, do not bring your plants back and forth from outside to inside and vice versa, fly traps and an inch of sand on top of your soil to suffocate them.
