bugsssssss help!!

soooo i went to check on my babies today and i noticed this white, cobweb-like residue on a couple of the stalks. then i peeked even closer and saw this little white bug just chillin on the white residue. i only saw one of them, but i want to get rid of them before i get any more. any idea what this could be/how i can get rid of it?? any help appreciated. will post pics within the next day or 2

I have seen these on my plants before but they didnt do any damage so i just pick them off by hand if i see them.

if anything just go out and get some vegtitable bug killer and youll be fine..but i doubt theyll do anything to your plants..and even if they eat alittle bit of your leaves..shit happens, your plants will be fine..dont worry my man

This happend to both of my plants 2 and it has not stopped it from growing any bigger. If anything it helps the bugs and makes the ecosystem better, which is why they should legalize

ive been noticing some spider webs along the rim of my pots, and i know they arent hurting my plants but instead helping by killing the bugs that try and get on it =) some bugs are good, some are killers.

oh yeah spiders are amazing with marijuana plants..i got my self one thats been chillin on one of my plants for about 2 weeks now, he blends in very well its sometimes hard to find him..i named him pete
