Bulbs and any other tips for computer grow

im planning on a computer grow, i was wondering what would be the best lights. im planning on having 2 plants going and maybe try some lst'in on one or both of them. if someone has experience with this type of grow any advice would help.

CFLs, not too hot and enough for a small sized grow. I use 5 32w CFLs in my PC-grow-case. LST is the way to go in cramped places like a PC-case. easy.
