Bumps on stem

Also a lot of purple leaves and stems. Only a few plants have this . The rest of the garden looks great . But all have a lot of purple

Just where it started to produce a root or branch and then never did. Nothing to worry about

Yes . It stuns the growth. Only a few plants are sick . Any idea why?

Purple doesn't inherently stunt growth.

The bumps at the bottom are root shoots, it's not a problem. It can be caused by high humidity.

The top of your rockwool looks densly colonized by algae.

Cannabis acne...lol. Nothing to worry about. Stems get all kinds of bumps.
