it looks both deficient(in N) and Nute burn
pretty sure you need to transplant out of those tiny flower holders.I'm thinking that's the problem root bound
so up pot and then feed again and see if that helps

Do you wonder about the accuracy whatever you are using to measure ph and ppm? I just replaced both my cheapo pens.
