Burn or Deficiency?

Hello, long time lurker, I believe this is my first post. This is also my first grow, I am using LSD Fem by Barney's Farm. I guess a quick description of my setup is in order. I'm growing 4 plants in a 12 gallon DWC tub. I'm using Roots Organics by Aurora as my nutrient line. I've mixed the component to their recommended ratios (works out as 2-2-1.5), but at quarter recommended strength (about 300 PPM). Main ingredients include Guano, Worm Castings, Seaweed Extract, Molasses, and Fulvic Acid. I've been keeping a pretty close eye on pH, keeping it between 5.2-6.2 with 5.5-5.8 being average. I use water from a RO filter. The plants are currently in their second week of vegetative growth.

I believe I'm dealing with some form of deficiency. The largest plant has been showing gradually worse yellowing. It started at the bottom and worked it way up. The yellowing starts at the tip of the leaf working it's way in. Generally, the veins stay green. After a day or two small brown spots appear on the leaves. The leaves also curl upwards. I suppose it is also worth mentioning that many leave are growing deformed, only sporting 3 or 4 blades.

I really have no clue, but like I said, I'm inclined to think is a deficiency. The fact that this is showing up bad on my biggest plant, slightly on #2 and not at all on 3-4 makes me think it's not nute burn. The brown spots, combined with the "taco shaped" curling led me to think Mg. I added 1/8 tsp/g of epsom salts with my nutrient change a few days ago, to no effect. After reading more today I bumped it up to 1/2 tsp/g and a little foliar spray. No change so far. I'll post some pics of the sick plant, as well as one of the healthies for comparison. It's also worth mentioning the white stuff visible on the sick plant is just residue from today's foliar feeding.

Oh, and I suppose it's worth mentioning that I had some problems with heat stress 7-10 ago before putting in my fan. The sick plant was the only one to do well then.

Wow man, that's a super-deficiency.LOL  A agree that it looks to be magnesium, but it's also likely to be a few others. Maybe not, I have no idea what mag deficiency looks like when it's really severe. Hmm....I'll stick with saying it's a mag problem, but I'd have to say that one is beyond help. I's say you better invest in some Cal-Mag, before the other ones start getting worse. You can use epsoms for now, but I wouldn't use it long-term(too much sodium).

It doesnt seem that nute burn would occur at such a low PPM so I am inclined to agreee with jawbrodt. How are you measuring your TDS?

How is your room heat, res temp? What type of light are you using?

Thanks guys. To answer some questions: Measuring PPM with this niceish ($80) TSD meter I got. I have a 400w MH bulb in my closet. Got an extract fan blowing about 50 CFM out and another blowing about 12 CFM in. Keeps things in the high 70s. No clue as to res temp. How fast should I see results from the Epsom, if that is going to work? I think if it does not I might flush the pebbles and refill the res. Sounds I need to get some real CalMag from the hydro store. The problem is it's under a few feet of snow now. :(
