Its a first time grow and I've got some problems with the plants, the tips of the leaves appear burnt and it gets worse and worse up the leaves as time progresses, photos below. What can I do to fix this problem? Any help will be appreciated.

Looks like heat issues and probably nutrient burn too... but wait for the more seasoned people to chime in on that.

It would be helpful if you could tell us...
What kind of lights you using
How close your lights are
What temp is your growroom
What nutrients you are using
How often you feed your plants

EDIT: considering your screen name, how appropriate was it that that was my 666th post! ... lol

I'm using 25w CFL's, 3 per pot. Lights are within 2", the temp of the grow room would varry between 18degrees C to 25degrees C. I'm using Growzilla for the nutes, only feed them once since I found out there would be enough nutes in the soil already.

Really? What type of soil are you using? Your temps seem okay and your lights are good too. How much Growzilla did you give to your plants ? And how old (weeks?) are your plants? And finally, are there anymore variables that you've done, that you can tell us about?

Some soil I got from the gardening place although I've got better quality potting mix now (For future planting). Only a little bit, I made up a 1L bottle with the quantities instructed and they only would've had a 5th of that bottle at most. About two weeks old, I can't remember exactly.

Well, I think that's the problem! I never feed my seedlings until they are atleast 2-4 weeks old. So what you got there is nutrient burn...

Just flush your plants out with plain old PH'ed (just leave some tap water sitting in a bucket for 2 days) water for the next few waterings and they might/probably will bounce back.
