burying the stems?

can bury the stems of stretched plants when i repot so they are not as tall?

yes, but there also needs to be room for the roots, of course. I always bury my stalks, sometimes they root. just make sure no leaves are buried while attached to the stalk

yes i transplant twice and each time my plant goes about an inch deeper. and depending on how big the plant is when it goes into the final pot, when it goes in about an inch deeper, i also leave room near the top of the pot to add more soil on top after a couple more weeks.

thanks, i was almost positive that i could i just wanted to double check. I dont have much room for error.
