BUSHY plant. Where to prune? Time to prune? Too early? Help please

I am 20 days into the lifecycle. It is a Autoflower OG Kush. There is new growth happeneing all on this plant, but it is just bushing up, not expanding out.
It is in a 2x2x4 with one other plant, the lights above the plant is a 1000w Mars Hydro, and right next to it is a SpiderFarmer 1000w, right above the other plant, but they are forsure both getting light from both lights. PH is at 5.9-6.6, i am fluctuating. Barely neuting. Just Cal-mag and both of them are now in Fox Farm. How do I get this plant to shoot up and outward? How does it look in general besides the bushiness?
