its illeagal to send any seeds from outside the U.S. but if the postal service catches you they just confiscate them and send you a letter telling you you cant do it so you have to wait a lil while then try again maybe to a different address.

I'm in the u.s. too and it depends on the state and just luck i cant afford to throw away 40 bucks either but its worth it for the chance of getting the product. with the afgahn kush you only get 3 seeds but only need to grow one then just take clones from it
