I'm going to start FLOWERING my plants soon and im not sure what lights to get. (SORRY I PREVIOUSLY PUT VEGGING BUT I MENT FLOWERING

Ive alredy got
Multi Spectrum 315 Watt CFL Light Bank
The multi spectrum lighting system provides an unbelieveable 15,000* lumens for both vegetative growth and flowering phases.

That came with the bubbleponics system when i bought it.

I want to buy more and i was thinking if i had a total of 3 of these
Dual Spectrum II High Output Fluorescent Bulbs
Low heat, energy efficient light bulbs for use with Stealth Hydro Dual Spectrum Lighting Systems. These spiral compact fluorescent lights are specially made for Stealth Hydro by the manufacturer and emit an amazing 4200 lumens per bulb; do not be fooled by cheap imitations.

Would 3 of those be good for FLOWERING?

Also i was wondering if i did get 2 more FLOWERING LIGHTS would it be bad to use the flowering lights with the vegging lights maby on the side or something? If im flowering?

I have 3 plants.

if those lights are the right spectrums you need, then great they're usable. i've read that 27w CFLs are the most lumen efficient bulbs for this, but yours should work. be careful with those big CFLs, they are still a fire hazard.

in terms of using multiple lights, veg lights are a great supplement to flower lights. if you can use both you'll be much better off.

how many plants do you put under one light. 4200 lumens is good but 1 will need that for every square foot of plant. 5000 lumens per squar foot of plant would promote optimal growth. but you could slip at least 4 or 5 small plants under one of those lights, so yea 2 more of those lights and you could be growing alot of plants or u could grow up to 3-5 plants about a foot tall or better with three lights. but i would change them out during flowering to a bigger light or you could add some bottom lights for under the plants. but i would use the 2700 kelvin lights. they emit a different reddish spectrum than the more blue 5700 kelvin lights do. hope this helps.

It would be cheaper to buy and run a 400 watt HPS
That and you would get much better results....
Just because you are a bubblehead doesn't mean you HAVE to order from stealth hydro and grow with CFLs
Growing with CFL's when you are on a budget is one thing but if you have money to spend it would be foolish to waste it on those big CFLs
You are going to be using more electricity and have much less penetration power....
No offense dude, just speaking the truth

Here is a 250 watt HPS for $79.99- http://www.insidesun.com/e2c5b5c00e10b2159cf4edd3628fa645.item
This light will put out around 29,000 lumens, crushing the 12,900 or so lumens of the CFL setup

Here is a 400 watt HPS for $99.99- http://www.insidesun.com/Super_Economy_400_Watt_MH_65a26e.item
This light will put around 50,000 lumens, CFLs... what CFLs

You are going to need an exhaust fan as well, here are the best priced inline fans- http://www.plantlightinghydroponics.com/valueline-centrifugal-fans-c-76_629.html
