Buying seeds

Hi, im new here and first i'd like to say that this is a great forum and i'm sure i'll learn alot from here.
Now my question is if it's safe to buy the seeds online? I already registered on the Nirvana Shop cause it's seems to be very popular.
-If i buy it, how will it arive? Will it be in a package?
-Do i have to sign the package?
-After how many days will i receive the seeds within payment?

there are plenty of safe places to order from. nirvana is safe. all the shipping info will be on there site. there are very legit.....just so you know...if the seeds do get confiscated at the border. all customs does is send you a letter saying, they were confiscated, blah blah blah....nothing to worry about.

Its pretty safe ordering seeds now a days They are very stealth with shipping.

I'll buy some seeds from Nirvana shop whenever i get the time and money.
My friend also told me his friend grows plants so maybe i could get the seeds from him.
