Buying seeds?

Hello RollItUp users, I was just wondering how this sites seed bank suggestion "Sea Of Seeds" is? Has anybody used it? What are your favorite seeds from there? Have you had any bad experiences with any of the genetics? I am thinking of ordering some and I wanted to know if you have used said site, what strain did you purchase? I am looking for something that would do good outdoors.
Thank you - Ryan

Very reliable. Very affordable. Anything Dinafem or Paradise or WOS. You live in the Southern Hemisphere or planning next year's?

BTW SOS is a seed bank. They are not breeders. They simply stock and sell seeds from numerous breeders. Go to those breeders web sites for more info on their strains. If you're this new stop worrying about shit like genetics and just plant something.

Would there be a specific, I guess "Breeder?" on the site? Or a specific strain you would recommend? I have seen them between $18 and $250 on that site. I have heard a lot about Barney Farm but I don't know what strains are best. Hotrodharley - what strains have you purchased from them? How well did they do?

Buy yourself an indica dominant strain like a Kush or Skunk or Mazar. You'll be pleased. If you can get them that far and chopped.

I suggest looking at Dinafem. Why? I have never gotten a dud from them, all their strains that I have grown have been easy and grow fairly big. So good genetics.

In fact check out their Blue Widow. I am growing my first of that and it popped fast and is cruising right along at 2 weeks on the floor under a 1000 watt HPS 12/12 as an experiment (on the yield using 12/12 from seedling). It's a beautiful plant, maybe not indica dominant major but wailing.

Another 2 are World of Seedss White Rhino X Mazar. Easy grower. Or the G13 Labs OG13 - their version of "The Kush". I have both and they are easy growers, easy keepers.

SOS have great Promos. I just ordered 4x FEM Pure AK and got 2x Kandy Kush REG, 1x White Widow x Blueberry FEM, 1x Auto Sweet Tooth, 1x Auto Ak FEM, 1x Black Domina x G13 FEM for free. I ordered them last night. I will repost when I receive them.

This years outdoor was all clones, last year we had probably 6 seeded plants, and 3 of them ended up being male. Got the seeds from a local MMJ club. They were mislabled, and half were duds. From the "NL#1" I ended up with something that smelled and tasted like NL, and I got something that was nothing like it and was closer to my White Russian from the same seed pack, and a few other mistakes - like with "cheese" 2 were the right strain and one was something completely random that had very earthy taste to it.

If it smokes and gets you high or relieves your pain/anxiety or whatever it is pretty much irrelevant and you learned.

It was not irrelevant due to the fact that one of the "mystery seeds" left me with nothing but headaches. I made it all into hash and still have some left

Ok thank you, also, how many seeds do you receive pr packet? I would be very disappointed if I paid $100 or more and only got 1 or 2 seeds. I am hoping you get around 4 or 5, correct?

This is my second year outdoor. I am looking for new strains I knew it was a seed bank and all the ones on the side were breeders, I live in the pacific northwest and plan on buying seeds before next years outdoor, and I was hoping to have a few mothers by then of different kinds so I didn't have to look around for clones again. I love trying new things and different strains/genetics are always interesting to me. I enjoy watching them grow and develop from little girls to ladies in such a short time. I would very much like to get into the scientific part of cannabis genetics. Over the years I have tried many different strains and I know the main types I like but I also know there are types I have tried that I have no Idea what they are. I hope in the next couple of years I will have the experience needed to tell the strain by the look, smell and taste. I can only do that so far with strains that I have grown if that gives you any idea of what my plans are. I would like to try to grow all the different strains I can and see what does best HERE in my environment. I know along the way I will also gain experience in growing and the plants will continue to look better and better. I will need to keep strains and go through strains. Keep what I like and let the rest be a learning experience.
