C02..for flowering?

Does c02 really help with yeilds? And I've read dry active yeast,sugar and water is a good way to produce c02...is this the best way to do it? Ive also read using vinager in another method..looking for a cheap and easy way to do it.

cheap and easy! ohhh yea... buy 3-3packs of dry yeast. use 1/2 cup of sugar to only half of the individual packages(1 of the 3) use approximately 5-6 cups of warm water. shake up! i have mine close to my exhaust tube outside of my box to keep mixture warm each mix last 3-4 days. plenty "extra" co2!! research on how to make one of these! one last thing..... your grow space has! has! hasssss too be optimal! lumens, root zone, ph, soil, temps etc. ect. ect!! lol..... good luck..........
