cabinet lined with garbage bags?

hello, I was just wondering If it would be alright it my 30 in. L x 12 in. D x 30 in. H cabinet with two separate half's for veg and flower will be alright if I lined them with black garbage bags. the top right of the cabinet will have an intake, also where i put my water, nutes ect. the bottom right will be a veg part sealed with black trash bags, there will be a fan blowing on the light/ plant. then the whole left half is the flower half/ I will have a exit with a carbon scrubber plus a fan blowing on it lined with trash bags to seal off the light because the cabinet its self has huge spots where lights can leak through. now im using cfl's. Yes i know they produce like no heat. But my 2700K bulb produces a lot of heat.

First and formost , you need to come up with a better room for growing. The demention you gave ( 30x12x30 ) and want to split it. Thats toooooo small for any grow op. Spend some time here reading and see what others are doing. You can get some great ideas by reading and dreaming.

Thats not that small, People do pc grow boxes which are small as hell. Im only going to veg for like one week and then flower. half a the cabinet is for flowering, then the right is split into two parts. The top is for all of my nutes, tools, water ect. Bottom is where i will veg the plants. the right side can be split into two because im only going to veg for like one week. So I think I will have plenty of room. and if it comes down to it. I will use an auto flower strain.
