Calcium/Magnesium defiiciency?

Noticed these leaves last night after being out for a while with a friend who came into town. Two different strains, similar symptoms. I looked into it and figure it to be a cal/mag deficiency. Growing in Canna Coco using Canna A&B, Rhizo & Cannazyme. Also using Cal/Mag but was using reduced strength for all of them (about half). Leaves aren't too green so I think maybe I could stand to up the nutes a bit and I'm thinking there is a cal/mag deficiency.

My temps aren't perfect by any stretch but they are within reasonable growth ranges pretty consistently. My humidity is on the low side (I have a humidifier I am going to install in the tent on Friday) running in the 30-35% range although I am foliar feeding with a really light solution of enzymes to try to keep em moist. Most of the rest of the plants look pretty good in my opinion. I don't think it's a pest (i see no bugs with my 30x loop or 10x or my own eyes).

Any thoughts? Should I just water em with some cal/mag, maybe brew up a new reservoir with a slightly stronger solution (was @ 750ppm wh ich I thought was on the strong side TBH so I thought maybe it was burn at first but it looks more like cal/mag to me).

They look somewhat similar in problem, but not identical in advancement. I could easily be quite wrong and I sure don't wanna be. Help please :)

The one in the square pot is Sannie's Killing Fields F3 and the one in the round pot is Herijuana. Round pot was actually the most vigorous plant up until yesterday and then by the end of the day I noticed some changes on the other plants as well (as you can see). They are about 2 weeks from seed (I let them stay in the 3x2 cubes a bit too long I think and they got a bit root bound and then I had a little trouble figuring out how to best transplant em, some are doing better than others now my KO Kush x Jackberry got really stressed as I transplanted them first but they seem to be recovering).

I have been alternating with straight water for my waterings also I should add. I will give them some straight water tonight (ph'd).

My buddy uses the same nutes and medium. He always had to start seedlings and clones at about 1/4 strength otherwise he would get nute burn. He never alternated in feeding though too.

I don't think there's any good reason to use nutes on seedlings, not even diluted unless your soil is really, really bad. That said, I don't think that is nute burn, looks like cal/mag to me.

I am using coco so it has no nutrients in it. I also thought it was cal mag but I am going to give them straight water tonight and see how they respond. The rest of the plants look pretty healthy to me except for one Killing Fields which is in the same boat as the one I posted only less advanced.

I think there's a big coco thread on here somewhere so you may want to try there. I am certainly no expert on deficiencies or coco. I am curious, how often are you watering?

I'm trying to go as I feel it's needed, but it's wound up being every day pretty much as the coco has been drying out pretty quick due to low humidity I think. I'm concerned maybe it's got a bit of salt build up although I've been alternating to attempt to avoid that. I'll throw up a post in the Coco thread. Thanks for the input.

Not sure how coco is but every day on a seedling would otherwise be way too much IMO. What are you growing in for a cabinet and why are you having issues with the humidity?

I water when they are dry (not bone dry but pretty dry). I am taking outside air into the room which is extremely dry at the moment. I am going to install a humidifier on Friday, but I cannot until then. Coco seems to dry out pretty quick around 30% humidity. Soon that will be closer to 55-60% I am hoping, but not until Friday.

Why not stick a bowl of water in the room? Well either way, hope you get the problem solved soon. Oh, PH checked?

OGE, I had my baptism by fire late last year. My seedlings (White Widow and Raspberry Cough) showed overnutrition stress at any strength over 400 ppm. As they mature, their nute tolerance and appetite ramps up. Best luck. cn

Yeah I have a blue labs that I have calibrated recently (I have been double checking with a basic dropper test kit as well). I am going to run straight water to attempt to flush. Thanks for the help.

Gave em a flush. Lowered PPM to 450. New growth looking very healthy. Burnt growth still looks ugly but what's done is done :( The vigorous Herijuana is still among the leaders despite the stress. But my best plant is a KF which looks like it's going to be pretty damn tall compared to the Herijuana :). My plan is to do a vertical 600 with the indicas occupying the bottom canopy with the sativas up top with popcorning and trimming below to focus the growth where appropriate. I'm hoping this makes my canopy manageable. I am already struggling with 3x strains all from seed with the nutes as you can see! But I think I can manage it.

All personal medication so I wanted the variety.

Also I picked up a humidifier on the cheap for Wal-Mart, setup the tent a bit better with the ducts and with windows closed i'm maintaining 72-80F @ 49% humidity and I am pleased about this!

Thanks for help again, maybe I will start a journal.

i think i read that herijuana and anesthia both love organic calcium rich soil.

That does look like it might need some calcium

also doesn't letting coco dry out give you calcium problems?
