Cali connection seeds no good?

Doing my first NGR grow I popped 1 sincity seed incredible power 3 hso autos n 3flash autos all those sprouted and out of the 9 seeds I popped from Cali all cracked with little tap root then just stopped growing I did them at different times not all 9 at once even one just straight into soil same thing just a very small tap root pops out then that's it nothing I've been patient and nothing I have 3 left from grape kush hoping they germ

It happens...I bought a pack of alien og that didn't germ...not one popped... all dead. Then I had a pack of GSC only 1 out of 5 germed. Then there was the skywalker og beans which also did squat and that one really kissed me off cause I paid a lot for those. Guess I just had good luck with all the other seeds I've run that had a high rate of success germinating. Probably popped a hundred seeds without an issue since I got serious about growing these past years. There is no question the seed banks do not always have the freshest seed available. You don't know how long it's been sitting on a shelf before your order....maybe even years. Most seed banks source from third parties- only a few I know of breed their own strains.
Kingdom organic seeds is one I know that breed their own. KOS seeds are based in the US too and guarantee every bean is fresh and grown using only natural methods. Was thinking about them for my next genetic acquisitions.

Damn yeah I bought 2 packs purp diesel and grape kush I'm hoping at least one is good I really wanna grow some purp but fuck it I have other options and I'll check them out I only knew about NGR and WA I don't wanna deal with the wait of overseas anymore

Just seen their page small list but good looking stuff are they all reg or any fem?

I paid over $100 for 6 feminized Cali Connection Buddha Tahoe OG seeds, and recently started a grow with them. All of them popped, but 4 of them just stopped growing after the tap root emerged from the seed. Only 2 survived past the seedling stage. That's a lotta fucking money for 2 seeds.

I've heard it's killer smoke though. I'll take clones to make another run with just in case.

Yeah most of mine popped too but then just stopped growing the tap root

the part of seed that provides energy for the taproot has dried up. You can either try using molasses or gibberellic acid at 100 ppm to help give the tap root some oomph.

That happens with old seeds. You have to manually help them out of the seed coat with your thumbnails. Sometimes you'll break off the root tip and lose the plant but most of them will make it. If half the seed coat stays firmly attached to the embryo it's alright, as long as one half is off. Should then put them in damp paper towel or whatever and provide warmth.

yep once you get a few girlies you like don't forget to take clones. I have even revegged after harvesting to keep phenos i want in my garden.

Naw only reg seeds - femming seeds with colloidal silver is not a "natural" method I assume - maybe that's why. I think soon there will be lots of options for domestic genetics; getting tired of ordering from overseas myself

Popped 6 girl scout cookies. Only one popped but looks like it stop growing. Also first true leaves deformed. I'm just leave it in a cup and see what happens

Update one seemed to have germed real good hopefully it sprouts and I didn't look Cali c before i ordered their merch i just seen they had purple strains so o bought some and I have an order of NGR from a year ago and their seeds looked real good from the various breeders I bought from I thought Cali would be no different this time and my year old sin city incredible power popped no problem
