Well, here's the scoop.
Since I'm an accomplished inventor (yes, for real) with one U.S. patent granted and others pending, I decided to diversify my portfolio a bit and venture into... yep, the cannabis/MMJ invention area.
There is plenty of improvement (and money) to be made, and I'm just the guy to do it. The reason *why* you do not see many patented or specialized MMJ inventions is because of 'paraphernalia' charges or the bad public perception of them. The secret to getting not only a successful patent on these types of items isn't just novelty... its dual/multiple use. If your invention is only suited to just cannabis/MMJ and nothing else- than you are missing out.
I have some concepts that I'm developing for full production (here in the U.S. even) that with the right backer could go very far indeed. Why am I calling all Colorado dispensaries? I like to think globally, but act locally first.
This keeps jobs, and money in our great state, very important to me and others. I also know that many dispensaries would like to diversify their incomes *legally* but that can be a challenge for many, with the horrible way the IRS views the business as a whole.
So: Here's the pitch- Wouldn't you like to own a part of something that can be sold worldwide, and can be used for many legal purposes, but also includes dispensaries, patients or caregivers? Wouldn't you like to know that you have money coming in from... your competition? And wouldn't you like to have an income source that is immune to the IRS because it IS 100% legal? Of course you would! Here's your one and only chance.
