Calmag or leaf septoria?

Hey all

Custom mix of soil and 25% perlite.
pH has been running about 6.2, but last feed today was full calmag and a pH of 6.8.
Light is good. 77F and 48% humidity.

Is this leaf septoria or calmag deficiency? How do you tell them apart?

Looks like pH shifts. The leaves of the margins burn in random places. Calcium defs have smaller brown dots and are equally present on the veins as well as the leaf margins.

Cystom soil mix. How long you cook it for?

you shouldnt see leaf septoria if you are growing indoors.
