cambodian strain issues

i 90% colanized grain jars then i put in tubs for 10 days and the mycelium is at the top then i put a casing layer on it of peat moss/verm 50/50 now the mycelium has enterd the vallys my temp is 67-70 deg /hum 94 and its been a week i dont see any pins please help they get light every day i fan 2 times a day whats wrong how long do it take its a cambodian strain if that helps please help thanks how long do it take for pinning
