Camouflage for Cannabis

Hi out door growers. So tell me how to do you hide your plants from suspicious eyes? Do you plant other plants around cannabis to hide it? Which ones? There are other species that resemble cannabis that have a palmately shaped leaf.
Anything to confuse the viewer. I know of one species but forgot it's name at the moment.

I have huge bamboo bushes/tress, whatever you wanna call them, that I plan on using as my cover, the leaves are pretty similar to marijuana.

if u plant other plants that look like marijuana next to it wouldnt that attract more attention. people would think the mj look a like is the real thing and then end up finding the real one... just food for thought..... wouldnt it be better to plant something bushy and near the same height all around it and something with a similar smell to mj around that....

It blends well with okra in a veggie garden if you've got a fast flowering strain. otherwise the okra dies off earlier & your buds stick out like sore thumbs. uncool.

Another good choice. I am designing a perennial border and want to incorporate all the plants you guys mentioned. Maybe a few evergreens too and I bet no one would even notice my MJ plants. I only get occasional visitors back there.
Thanks and keep the i

You might try buddlea [ butterfly bush ] , very fast growing.

I've done several discrete grows in the backyard. From my experience, it isn't that important that you carefully select plant materials that match or mimic cannabis, only that you have a tremendous amount of stuff planted. While Japanese Maple looks very similar it is a perennial that can be very pricey. Some "lace leaf" types (even small ones) can run a few hundred dollars depending on their degree of serration in the leaves, rarity etc. A wide variety of plants in a relatively small area can overwhelm and distract the viewer. This is a old trick used in landscaping. Confuse and/or re-direct with sheer volume. Using annuals that have showy, large blooms such as impatiens, daisies, lantana and a ton of other plants can re-direct the eye to a portion of the garden that you might prefer others not notice. Go to a garden center and look around, ask questions. You might discover some plants are almost as much fun to grow as your precious girls.
