I dropped my 3 dAy old's pot and his roots just went limp rite where the stem goes from green to white in the ground.. Will it be able to grow a new

Maybe. Ive snapped roots on seedlings and sometimes they die and sometimes they form new.
Time will tell. Be more careful in the future.
