Can a plant 5 weeks in bloom revert back to veg

i have been growing chocolope and when i got a case of the powder mildew a friend advised me to cut the infected leafs. all of the fan leafs were hacked (like a idiot). the plants have new growth, but the little buds have closed up,look a little like artichokes. they are not sticky at all, no smell, and the long hairs look burt and shriveled. they have visual yellow leafs. the plant was in major shock.

is there any way that they went back to veg? if not what can i do to save this grow? thanks

Yes it can, but that fact in no means explains whats going on with your plant.
You can harvest a plant and send the stalks back in to re veg..
Keep an eye out for nads as you watch for changes in the plant.

How old are your plants, and how long have they been in flower? If they are only a couple weeks into flower, I would reveg them (turn the cycle back to 20/4) until they have a lot of foliage, and then reflower.
You run the risk of making them hermie, but vegging them is the best way to get them back on track.

Em... this is a tough one.. If your colas and popcorn buds got burnt, then you're in trouble. And 5 weeks into flowering! Sucks.
I dunno if you can save this one or not.
I need pics.

I think you should finish it out. how much times left 3 to 6 weeks? let it go.if you re-veg you will have a monster if it makes it.
