Can anybody identify this deficiency ?

That looks like magnesium def with a possible high EC.
You might have a lockout of magnesium from over fertilizing.

are you foliar feeding. if you are spraying them leafs then ill bet your doing it while the lights are on and if thats the case then your getting concentrated light burns on the leafs or nutrient buildups and thats burning them. ill almost be willing to bet that is the case

Thats magnesium.
I bet you have purple streaks on your stalk, and the stems of your leaves are purple too, right?
its not magnesium, magnesium will show itself with the tips of your leaves going yellow and curling and then it will spread down the margins of your leaf.

Bro, ive been growing along time, I know my shit. Magnesium shows itself in many different forms, I know from experiance, while you think its just one simple answer.

Its hard to judge whats wrong by 1 little picture, but I see a magnesium deficiency (purple stem, light colored leaves)
It might also have some light burn from folar feeding, and/or burning from a lockout, but its hard to say exactly what it is from 1 picutre of A leaf. But his plant is lacking magnesium, as I can see it with my own eyes.

Man, I cant even tell you how worthless that thumbnail is, not to be a dick or anything.
I grew up looking at that thing everytime I had a problem and it never really helped me learn what was wrong with any of my grows.
Best way Ive learned, from growing, is:
Macro deficiency starts at the bottom of the plant, Micro def starts at the top of the plant
If its not a Macro deficiency and the leaves are crusty, its over fertilized with too much nitrogen.
Watering with hard water (most tap water) binds up magnesium, which is why people who water with tap water usualy get magnesium deficiency.
Plants in old soil = a deficiency, plants in new soil = over fertilizing or high EC.
