Lol youll know in like a week. Just look up what wet weight usually is I think its like about 20% wet weight. 25-77% of wet weight will be lost per google.
Thanks for the response, was hoping the later posts had been updated, but I guess it is still the same.

I work on 22%
That's usually accurate.
Say 20 and you shouldn't be disappointed.
